Despite remaining above the 162.6 monthly sales average, the Skagit County market slowed with 201 homes sold in the last 30 days. Meanwhile, King County reported 3,121 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding counties. Prices are rising in Skagit County, and the median sales price this period increased from $309,000 to $310,000. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low three months of inventory indicates that Skagit County is a seller's market.
