The Skagit County market was healthy this week as sales rose 3.8% to hit 190 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, nearby King County had 2,616 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring counties. Potential buyers should note that prices went up in Skagit County, with the median for this period rising from $269,000 to $277,000. The rising sales and a low two months of inventory point to Skagit County being a definite seller's market.
